Wheels Express has decided to make it easier and faster for the franchise process to go through, thus it considers all the required hardware setup, software setup, and training to be included in the franchising fee. The franchisee will get the following included:
1. Website.
2. Hosting and backup servers.
3. AVAYA IP call center setup.
4. Local training for call center employees.
5. On-site (abroad) training for a period of 30 days.
6. Dispatching software for the entire franchise period.
7. One dispatching computer unit.
8. Dispatching handheld units for drivers including their setup; including 10 mobile devices with integrated GPS technology and the installed dispatching software.
9. Social Media portfolio.
10. Marketing artwork covering all the designs for the first year.
11. Access to mobile applications – published and ready to use within a period of one year, and available through the entire franchising period.
- 3 What is the processing fee?
The processing fee is a small fixed amount that will be deducted from each order and that will cover the following operations that will take place from our headquarters offices in Jordan:
-Our customer care representative will answer and assist the customer in placing an order.
- The local dispatching unit located in Jordan will take responsibility in dispatching the order to the appropriate driver.
- The dispatching unit will also contact the required service provider (i.e. restaurant) and place the order as well.
- The customer care center will contact the customer after a while for feedback and satisfaction measurement. - 4 How much is the processing fee?
Since the franchisor will take responsibility of guaranteeing delivery of goods and services to the franchisee’s customers a basic value of 0.95 Jordanian Dinars will be counted and deducted from each dispatched order.
- 5 Will I receive training?
Absolutely! Special training will be held upon signing a franchise agreement which includes on-site training for a period of 30 days for the management team, sales, marketing, and dispatching center.
