Members are responsible for any damage or loss to any merchandise that is rented by the Members and must be returned to Wheels Express, and agree to be charged for the full replacement cost of any damaged or lost item. By using Wheels-Express.com you agree that any tampering with any labels affixed to a rented DVD, Blu-ray, Video game, Sheesha or case may constitute damage to the DVD, Blu-ray, Video game, Sheesha or case, and you may be charged the full replacement cost at the discretion of Wheels-Express.com

As a member of Wheels-Express.com you agree that in terms of orders, payment must be received at time of delivery in cash. The standard delivery fee may be enforced and billed, at Wheels-Express.com discretion, to all outgoing orders are handled confidentiality and residential addresses, contact numbers and persons are not shared with anyone.

To rent items from Wheels-Express.com, you must establish an account with us. This can be done through the Wheels-Express.com website or over the phone. No late fees will accrue for movie rentals that are returned late. However, after 4 days, the movie will be assumed to be lost and you will be charged for the full replacement cost of the movie. See our Rental Agreement for full details. Unless a special promotion applies, movies rentals are valid for five (5) days. All rentals are due by midnight of the specified due date. For instance, a five-day rental rented on Saturday must be postmarked or returned to Wheels-Express.com by midnight on Thursday of that week. The due date for the rentals is clearly printed on the receipt.
