    Wheels Express is the fastest and easiest way to get the things you need everyday. Wheels Express is the ultimate convenience store - a dry clean store, foods store, and a video store all in one...delivered to you in less than an hour. From food to DVDs to Dry clean, Wheels Express’s mission is to run many of your everyday errands for you, saving your most precious commodity - time.   • What does Wheels Express Sell ?

    Wheels Express does not sell. Wheels Express is a third party company, what we do is subcontract local stores that satisfy your basic needs and wants and have them delivered to your doorstep. If you would like to order a product that we do not currently offer, please let us know. We are always expanding our selection to better meet your needs.

  • How do you deliver everything so fast ?

    Wheels Express has a certified staff and a credible reliable system. From the moment your order is placed, either by phone or via our website, our staff starts on processing your order immediately to make sure it’s delivered to your door step within 60 minutes.

  • When can I get my order delivered?

    Wheels Express offer delivery 14 hours a day, from 10:00 AM – 11:59 PM , all week long. Any orders set during those work hours will be delivered 60 minutes from the minute orders are taken; (Dry Cleaning, Computer Services take 24 hours.) If you make your order outside work hours, your order will be processed at noon the next day.

  • Where do you deliver?

    Currently, we service in the capital Amman. If we don’t currently service your area, please give us your area name and email and we will let you know when we expand into your area. We are aggressively expanding our service areas all the time.

  • What are your hours? When do you deliver?

    We deliver from 10:00 am until Midnight, seven days a week. However, our online ordering system takes orders 24 hours a day, so you can always go onto the site, place your order, and we’ll contact you as soon as possible!

  • How much does it cost to deliver?

    When you purchase our products, you provide us with information about you. Depending upon what information you provide to us and whether, and where, you purchase products and/or services, the information we receive may include your name, mailing, billing and/or shipping address, telephone number, birth date, e-mail address, product and service preferences, and what you purchased. Wheels Express uses the information you provide to service your account, to deliver an order to you, and to personalize your experience with Wheels Express.     Our customer service representatives can be reached from 10 am - Midnight via our calling center on 06-5515150. Our knowledgeable customer service representative can answer whatever question you have. Alternatively, you can always email us at service@wheels-express.com.   • How do I become a customer ?

    Wheels Express is glad to have you as a customer; all you have to do is sign up for free by clicking on this link: http://www.wheels-express.com/signup or give us a call numbers 06-5515150 Once you are registered, you can add items to your cart and checkout whenever you want. The next time you want to place an order with us, simply log in using your email address and password to continue.

  • How do I pay for my order ?

    Your payment is accepted in cash. Wheels Express will never ask you to provide a credit/debit card number on the website or via the telephone. Please note that we do not accept checks either, all payments for orders are upon delivery, and are only accepted in Jordanian Dinar or American Dollars.

  • What is the minimum order amount ?

    There is a 5 JD minimum Order including delivery charge, however Pre-Paid Cards and Tobacco can’t be ordered separately and have to be ordered with another item from the services we offer at our website. We have an extensive product selection to choose from, allowing you to meet this minimum easily whenever you shop.

  • What if I want to change my account information?

    You can change your account information at any time by going to your account section on the web site using the link on the top right of every page or by informing our calling center staff. From there, you can update your addresses, Password, your email and view your past orders.

  • What if I cannot find the item I am looking for?

    Wheels Express strives to offer all of the items that you need. If you would like us to offer additional products, please let us know by emailing us at products@wheels-express. We will review the suggestions and, if we can service it, we will attempt to add it to our catalog.

  • What happens to my cart if I leave before checking out?

    All items left in your shopping cart for more than one hour will be removed and returned to inventory.

  • Can I schedule a delivery for later today?

    Yes. Everytime you order our call center will contact you to confirm your order, Simply inform them and we will deliver it when you want. During busy times, our delivery capacity can fill up so it is always a good idea to order ahead of time to ensure you get the time that you want.

  • What if I forgot my password?

    If you have forgotten your password, you can simply click on the forgot? link next to the password login box. This page will allow you to enter your email address. We will then send you an email with instructions on how to change your password. As a security precaution, we will send a confirmation email to your account for any password updates.

  • Should I tip the delivery person?

    You are under no obligation to tip but have the option of providing a nominal tip if you feel that you’ve received exceptional service. Wheels Express personnel are well compensated for their services and are not dependant upon tips from customers. Wheels-express.com delivery personnel are not permitted to solicit tips under any circumstances. If you have a comment or compliment please contact us.

  • What is your delivery guarantee?

    Wheels Express saves you time by getting you the things that you need when you need them. If, for some reason, we are more than 15 minutes late on our delivery promise, we will refund the full amount of your delivery fee for the late order.

  • Can I cancel my order after placing it?

    You can cancel your order at any time after it is placed until it has been sent out for delivery. Orders which have already been partially processed may be subject to cancellation fees.

  • How much does it cost to rent a DVD, Blu-ray, Video game and Sheesha?

    Renting DVD, Blu-ray, Video game and Sheesha have different packages; go to each item's category for more information on the packages we offer.

  • How long is the rental period?

    DVD, Blu-ray, Video games Rentals periods differs depending on the plan you choose, Sheesha Rentals are allowed for only 24 Hours.

  • How do I return rentals?

  • As part of the DVD plan, rental returns are made upon the delivery of your new order as per the package you purchased.

  • What should I do if I lose or damage a DVD, Blu-ray, Video game and Sheesha?

  • If you lose or damage a rented item, please let us know. Full payment is required for any loss or vandalized DVD, Blu-ray, Video games and Sheesha. Kindly read our terms of use for more information on this issue.

  • What should I do if the DVD, Blu-ray or video game could not play or was damaged?

  • We take every precaution to assure the DVDs, Blu-rays and video games you rent are in excellent condition. We examine each DVD, Blu-ray and video game before it goes out the door, and then again when it is returned. However, just as with all forms of media, DVDs, Blu-rays and video games sometimes experience problems. DVDs , blu-rays players and PS3 themselves can be the cause of a small pause in a movie or game. If the DVD, Blu-ray or game pauses for a second or two during play, but no dialogue or scenes are skipped over, then the DVD,blu-ray or Game itself is likely not damaged. If this is the case, simply continue playing the DVD. There is no need to take any action.

    The most common thing that happens to the DVD,blu-ray or video game itself is a minor scratch on the playing surface. Small scratches can cause minor skips or pauses in the movie or game. If your movie or game experiences small skips or pauses, you can often repair the DVD ,blu-ray or video game with a few simple steps:
    - Find a soft cloth such as a lens cleaner or a tissue.
    - Hold the DVD,blu-ray, Video game by the rim, with the playable side facing you.
    - Rub the cloth on the playing surface of the disc by making firm strokes from the center hole to the outer edges of the disc. Be sure to wipe in straight lines from the center out. Never wipe the disc in a circular motion. Continue wiping the disc from the center hole to the edges until you cover the entire surface of the disc.
    - Insert the disc into your player or PS3 and see if the problem has been solved.

    If this does not solve the problem, or if the DVD,blu-ray or Video game is more seriously damaged or completely unplayable, please Contact Us. We will either replace your movie or game with the same movie, game or send you another movie, game for free.

  • Can I send a gift to my friend?

    Yes. Wheels Express is the perfect way to send someone special quick gifts for occasions ranging from holidays to birthdays to anniversaries.

  • Why do you need my friends' email and phone?

    Before delivering a gift order, we will need to contact your gift recipient to verify that they are home and are able to accept the delivery.
    We will not reveal what the gift is at this time, only let the recipient know that they are receiving a gift from you.

  • What if I want to change my account information?

    You can change your account information at any time by going to your account section on the web site using the link on the top right of every page or by informing our calling center staff. From there, you can update your addresses, Password, your email and view your past orders.

  • Can I change my password?

    Yes. Simply go to your account section on the web site and choose Change Password from the drop down navigation list. Then, simply enter your current password and the new password that you want to use and your password will be updated.
    As a security precaution, we will send a confirmation email to your account for any password updates.
